Sandhill Cranes

 We tried to go and see the Sandhill Cranes in Omaha back in March but Covid cut that off, so in the hope of seeing them this coming year in February I did this Gouache and watercolor painting of Cranes flying in to roost for the night on the Platte River.

 This is a pencil sketch of the Minot Ledge Lighthouse near Boston, MA.

Bermuda Petrel

 This is an ink drawing of A Bermuda Petrel.  It is an endangered sea bird which only nests on the Bermuda islands.  It was thought extinct for 300 years but was "rebound" and saved since 1953.

Ein the Corgi

 This is an oil painting of my daughter's Corgi, Ein.  Ein is short for Einstein from the "Cowboy Bebop" Japanese cartoon.
