Regal Sunbird

This is an ink drawing, but the bird is really more interesting.  The best way to describe this bird is an African Hummingbird.  He is a Regal Sunbird, they are not related to the Hummingbirds of the Americas.  Nature can track animals into similar looks and behaviors while the species are separated by continents.

Malayan Banded Pitta

This is the Sunday work, an ink brush drawing with markers colors of a Malayan Banded Pitta bird.

Lilac-breasted Roller

Happy Saturday, I worked on some ink brush stuff today.  This is a Lilac-breated Roller, a bird of Africa and Asia.  I did this with an ink brush and markers.
