Still Life in Charcoal

Charcoal work of glass ware.  I think I need to work this a little more to improve some of the background and the shadows.  Working in charcoal is a great way to develop skills.  All part of the 10,000 hours needed to master things. Though mastery is an elusive goal, you always need to be learning.

Magnolia Blooms

Tonight's work is a brush and watercolor of Magnolia blooms.  More ink brush work but this time with pink watercolor and Chinese White watercolor to get the fade to white right.
