This is a pencil sketch of a Great Northern Railroad Locomotive called a F-7 from the 1960s. 

Sandhill Cranes

 We tried to go and see the Sandhill Cranes in Omaha back in March but Covid cut that off, so in the hope of seeing them this coming year in February I did this Gouache and watercolor painting of Cranes flying in to roost for the night on the Platte River.
